Prepare for Your Visit

Please bring your health card, a list of any medications you take, and your dental insurance details if you have coverage. We offer direct billing, so in most cases we handle the insurance paperwork for you. If anything about your health has changed since your last visit, mention it at the front desk. If you forget something, that is completely normal. We will sort it out together when you arrive.

We are located at 684 Main St E in Hamilton. Four parking spots are available right at the office. If those are full, there are ten more at 675 Main St E, diagonally across the intersection. Give yourself a few extra minutes to park and check in so your visit starts without rushing.

When you arrive, check in at the front desk. We confirm your information, update your health history if needed, and bring you in when your room is ready. During your appointment, we explain each step before it happens and answer your questions as we go. Before you leave, we review what we found and what comes next, so you walk out knowing exactly where things stand.

If dental visits make you nervous, you are not alone, and you never need to explain or apologise. Just tell us when you book or when you arrive. Comfort at our office is planned, not improvised. We call this the Century Comfort Plan, and it includes options from going at your own pace to sedation choices we can discuss with you. Our team also speaks several languages, so if you are more comfortable in another language, let us know.
